Erin Lingle

“I want to help people grow, heal, work on their stuff, and take responsibility. I want to help people become more their true selves. Not a better version, but the powerful essence of them that’s already there below the things that get in the way.”

For Erin, couple therapy is a no-nonsense process that cuts to the chase and gets to the work. She combines a generous heart with a commensurate focus on personal growth and a determination to see things through. Erin pulls for her couples. She wants them to grow and has a deep faith that they can. Erin brings to the work her background as a youth mentor and advocate, spiritual coach, and community mental health therapist. She and her spouse of 23 years work together to create a beautiful home in which to raise three amazing children.
