Relationship Experts with 155 Years of Collective Experience.
Josh brings a passion to his work with couples and individuals seeking to find a deeper connection to each other and their values and commitments. Having earned a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Smith College, Josh has five years of experience in community mental health and college counseling. He has served as a volunteer parent aid and earned a competitive fellowship at the UMass Amherst Center for Counseling and Psychological Health.
Josh works from a strength-based perspective, building on the talents, skills, and abilities that people already have. He has completed training in Advanced Gottman Method Couples Therapy and received supervision-based training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
In a past life, Josh worked as a professional illustrator and art director. When not working, he enjoys museums, theater, obscure movies and novels, eclectic history, good cooking, regular exercise, deconstructing pop music with his daughter and playing Dungeons & Dragons with his son.
