Nedra comes to NCCT with over 15 years of experience working with diverse and underserved populations.  A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, where she completed her Masters’ in Social Welfare, Nedra has also served as a clinical fellow at the Yale Child Study Center.

With a passion for evidence-based modalities, Nedra has completed training in Advanced Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Parent Management Training.

Nedra is curious about who people are and brings a warm, empathetic and accepting style to her work with couples. Believing that therapy can provide freedom from suffering through knowledge of oneself and one’s partner, she aims to help partners become more mindful of themselves and to navigate their personal relationship dynamics with increased skill and compassion.

Nedra is married and has two children, a dog, and four chickens. When she is not at work, she devotes much of her free time chasing her two young children and spending time with her family and friends.
