Now Hiring: Male Therapist – Couples & Men’s Work
Are you a male therapist passionate about helping men and couples create meaningful, lasting change? NCCT—recognized as a leader in couples therapy—is offering a unique opportunity to join a deeply collaborative, growth-oriented team dedicated to relational healing.
We’re seeking a licensed therapist with a strong foundation in systems work and a desire to explore men’s emotional development, intimacy, and relational patterns. This role includes the chance to design and facilitate men’s groups—spaces where men can connect honestly, deepen awareness, and grow in their capacity for love and leadership.
Qualifications:
- MA Licensed clinician (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Experience with family, couples, and dyad work, especially men in relationships
- Interest and experience in group facilitation
- Commitment to lifelong learning, inclusion, and teamwork
- Ability to work in person, some evenings, and weekends
- Ability to attend weekly group supervision/consultation
- Competence in online systems, include Zoom, EHR, Google Workspace, and Slack
