We are growing! The Northampton Center for Couples Therapy is currently accepting applications for fee-for-service couples therapists. Come join our dynamic and highly collaborative team of clinicians who are committed to best practices in couples therapy.

Candidates should have (ideally) a minimum of 3-5 years post-licensure, a passion for (or interest in) working systemically and treating couples, as well as a high commitment to lifelong learning, teamwork, and professional growth.

About Us:

The Northampton Center For Couples Therapy is the only group practice in New England dedicated exclusively to couples therapy. Widely known for the quality of our work with couples, we specialize in the integration of the leading state-dependent models in the field including Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. We offer a wide range of services including weekly 90-minute sessions, private intensive retreats, workshops, and classes.

A fantastic opportunity for the right individual(s), we provide a beautiful and stimulating environment, training in level I and level II Gottman Therapy, weekly 90-minute clinical consultation, group consultation, CEU stipend, excellent health insurance to full-time employees, lovely team atmosphere and excellent compensation.

Position requirements include completion of Level I and Level II Gottman trainings, ongoing participation in staff meetings, group and weekly consultation, and working two evenings and one weekend day per week. A minimum of on day shift available to full time clinicians.
