When you reach out, we begin by understanding what is happening in your relationship and what has or hasn’t been working. From there, we help determine the type of care that makes the most sense—whether that is ongoing couples therapy, a more focused intensive, urgent support, or discernment work.
We also match you with a clinician based on both clinical fit and availability. All clinicians work within the same model, so the focus is on finding the right fit for your situation rather than navigating different approaches.
From there, we will outline the next steps, including scheduling and any practical details needed to begin.
