Fees
Fees vary based on the type of care and the clinician’s level of experience. We can help you think through options based on both clinical fit and financial considerations.
Weekly Couples Therapy
75 min · Weekly
$85 – $300 per session
Ongoing couples therapy focused on understanding what’s happening between you and working toward meaningful change.
Discernment counseling is offered at the same session rate.
Urgent Care / Crisis
Single extended 90-minute session · $375
A single extended session for acute distress—focused on understanding what’s happening, stabilizing the situation, and helping you determine next steps.
Couples Intensives
Multi-hour · Extended
$200 – $450 (depending on length and structure)
Multi-hour sessions for couples who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or up against something that isn’t shifting—offering a more focused way to understand what’s happening and begin to move it forward.
This work unfolds in a focused, immersive format that allows for meaningful progress in a shorter period, often over one to several consecutive days, making it a natural fit for couples traveling from out of town.
Sessions with NCCT Founder Kerry Lusignan are offered at a higher, separate rate and focus on intensive couples work.

How Fees Are Structured
Clinicians at NCCT are selected through a competitive process, arrive with strong clinical foundations, and undergo additional training before working with couples. They operate within a shared model of couples therapy and are in ongoing consultation with one another, so the clinical process is actively shaped over time rather than left to develop informally or rely solely on individual style.
The practice functions as a true clinical community rather than a collection of independent providers. Clinicians are in regular dialogue, learning from one another’s sessions and contributing to a shared standard of care. Sessions are active, engaged, and focused on how interaction unfolds between partners in real time, with therapists who specialize in couples therapy and continue to deepen that specialization over time.
Fees vary based on both the type of care and the clinician’s level of experience, but not because the approach changes. The primary difference is years of experience after graduate training, which can affect how quickly a therapist identifies patterns and intervenes, not the overall structure of the therapy.
We invest heavily in training, supervision, and the ongoing development of our clinicians, while also working to make high-quality couples therapy more accessible—maintaining a high standard of care while offering a range of fee options.
