How To Get To The NCCT Office

 Please do NOT search for “Northampton Center for Couples Therapy” in Apple Maps.

Apple Maps currently directs you to the wrong address when you search for our business name.

Instead, enter our address directly:

17 New South St. #301,
Northampton, MA 01060

This will take you to the correct location.

You have two options for parking:

Option 1: Street Parking
You may park in the metered spaces on New South Street.

Option 2: Parking Behing the Building
There is a client parking lot behind the building.

Important: The parking lot behind the building is accessed from Main Street, NOT New South Street.

• If you are driving east on Main Street, stay in the far-right lane.
• The entrance to the parking lot is easy to miss.
• Once you enter the lot, park only in spaces that are NOT behind a gated arm.
• Do not park in any space behind a gate. Those spaces are for staff only.
• You may park in the ungated spaces even if you see signs on the building that say “Permit Only. ” These spaces are available for NCCT clients.

The included map shows the client parking areas and building entrances.

Our building is the big YELLOW building. 

There are two building entrances you can use:

• From New South Street
• From the parking lot behind the building

At either entrance, you will see a row of doors on the ground level.

Door Code: #0301
Pound sign → 0 → 3 → 0 → 1

Enter the code at the door to enter the building.

After entering the building:

1. Go to the elevator or stairs.
2. You do not need to go through any double doors to reach them.
3. Go to the 3rd floor.

If you take the elevator: When you exit the elevator, you will see two double glass doors to your left.

→ Go through the double doors.
→ The NCCT office is the first door on your left.

If you take the stairs:

At the top of the stairs:

→ Turn left.
→ Go through the double doors.
→ Continue down the hallway.
→ Go through the next set of double doors.
→ The NCCT office is the first door on your left.

Please have a seat in the waiting area and your therapist will come out to meet you at your appointment time.
