The Northampton Center for Couples Therapy (NCCT)—a leader in the practice of couples therapy—is seeking a thoughtful, growth-oriented clinician to join our vibrant team. About Us
At NCCT, we are a forward-thinking, specialized group of couples therapists committed to excellence, cultural competence, and the ongoing evolution of our field. Our approach integrates leading state-dependent models of therapy, rooted in the science of connection and emotional regulation.
We offer a range of services—including weekly 75-minute sessions, private intensive retreats, workshops, and classes—both online and in person. We work hard to understand the wide-ranging and dynamic nature of relational well-being and bring that depth to every client interaction.
Qualifications
- MA-level, licensed mental health clinician (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT)
- Clinical experience with couples or family systems (preferred)
- Ability to work evenings and/or weekends, with a minimum commitment of 18 hours per week
- Commitment to weekly group supervision and consultation
- Completion of Gottman Level I and II Training upon hire (provided by NCCT)
- Strong commitment to lifelong learning, collaboration, and professional growth
- Experience working with ethnically, culturally, and racially diverse clients
- Competence with online platforms (Zoom, EHR, Google Workspace, Slack)
