“I believe couples therapy can be a pathway to increase connection, trust, meaning, understanding, and respect in relationships. I know personally that this work is powerfully transformative. When individuals and couples are offered guidance and support, the potential exists to enhance connections to themselves and others and positively impact their families and communities.”

I aim to be an attuned, caring, and honest clinician who accompanies your relationship with care, empathy, and support. I approach therapy from a psychodynamic perspective, emphasizing relational and attachment theories; this means that I believe in the significance of early relationships and experience, factoring in how they shape your current strengths and challenges. As a social worker, I also consider the systemic contexts that each of us grows up in, aiming to conduct therapy in an anti-oppressive way. My clients often reflect that I offer a calming and grounded presence—even amid challenging situations.

Ask me About: backyard birds, “cozy” video games, the coast of Maine.

Ever since I was young, I’ve been: happiest near water.
